The System Kappa (Kappa in short), is a revolutionary air purifier, specially designed to reduce odors emitted from the kitchens of fast-food. It is a machine that encloses all the experience of Deparia Engineering in industrial plant engineering: in an extremely small volume are placed typical solutions of large plants for the treatment of malodorous emissions.

Kappa is made entirely of stainless steel and is fitted with skirts satin lining. The robust and unalterable allows installation both inside and outside the building (in option is available antifreeze heater for heating the tank in case of outdoor installation in very cold climates).

Electric drives are on the machine, but can easily be controlled remotely at customer`s request. The purifier can operate in two states, filtration and washing. During the state of filtration, it has the normal operation as a blast of pollutants; in the state of WASHING internal filters are cleaned and perfectly restored for maximum efficiency, through the action of specific high pressure nozzles and the use of a specific detergent. Depending on the use and the type of pollutant, the wash cycle can be activated more or less frequently (in manual or automatic with a programmable timer -optional-).

The purifier can be provided at the request of an automatic by-pass for the exclusion of the passage of the fumes from the purifier during the maintenance operations and during the wash cycle.

As the term "system", we are not faced with a simple filter, but to a set of multiple filter systems, each designed to effectively break down a certain fraction of pollutants. In fact at the entrance of the machine there is a mechanical filter, followed by a section of electrostatic filtration capable of producing high amounts of ozone (O3). The ozone exerts a very strong oxidizing action useful for chemically degrade the organic substances, also possesses an effective action disinfettante.Nella next section, a network of hollow cone nozzles emits a dense water mist, which is located at an electrical potential of land than in agglomerations: they are slaughtered and thus neutralized.
