Cosmetic factory water treatment is a process that uses physical, chemical, and biological methods to remove impurities and pollutants from production water to meet specific process water standards or discharge requirements. Its core lies in recycling and energy conservation and emission reduction, encompassing processes such as pretreatment, softening, desalination, sterilization, and membrane separation. It is widely used in cooling, boiler, cleaning, and product manufacturing processes, and is a key link in ensuring stable industrial production and achieving sustainable development. Industrial water treatment refers to the purification of raw water, process water, circulating cooling water, boiler feedwater, and wastewater used in industrial production processes to meet specific water quality requirements.
Its core objectives are to ensure stable operation of production facilities, improve water resource recycling rates, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and comply with emission standards. The treatment process typically consists of three steps: pretreatment, deep desalination, and post-treatment. Pretreatment removes suspended solids, residual chlorine, and organic matter from raw water through multi-media filtration and activated carbon adsorption. The core deep desalination stage mainly uses reverse osmosis (RO) technology, which can efficiently remove most ions, organic matter, and microorganisms. Finally, the produced pure water needs to undergo post-treatment such as ultraviolet disinfection or precision filtration to further ensure that the microbiological indicators meet the standards.
