Kathyon - Water Treatment System
Water treatment systems are core support facilities in electronics factories. The process typically involves three steps: First, raw water is pretreated to remove suspended solids, hardness ions, etc.; second, deep desalination is performed using core processes such as reverse osmosis (RO) and electrodeionization (EDI) to produce high-purity water; finally, ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm is obtained through ultraviolet sterilization and mixed-bed polishing.
Meanwhile, the wastewater discharged from production has a complex composition, containing heavy metals, fluorides, and organic solvents. It must undergo strict treatment, including acid-base neutralization, coagulation and sedimentation, and advanced oxidation, to achieve standards for reuse or discharge, which is crucial for environmental protection. Therefore, advanced water treatment technology is the core cornerstone for achieving efficient and green manufacturing in the electronics industry.
