The feed pellet machine is primarily used to compress materials like grains, forage, and straw into feed suitable for livestock, poultry, pets, and fish. The pellets have moderate hardness, uniform size, and are easy to store while being more digestible and absorbable for animals. Our feed pellet machines are widely used in medium to large-scale feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, and small scale personal farms. They are available in two main series: flat die pellet machines and ring die pellet machines.

Flat die pellet machines are divided into electric pellet machines, diesel powered pellet machines, and PTO pellet machines. offer a production capacity of 40–750 kg/h and produce pellets ranging from 2.5 to 8 mm in size. These machines are ideal for small to medium enterprises and household farms.
Ring die pellet machines feature a higher production capacity of 700–4500 kg/h and produce pellets sized between 4 and 12 mm, making them the perfect choice for large-scale enterprises.
