Stonezyme D15 is a highly concentrated neutral cellulase powder designed for stone washing and biopolishing of denim and other cellulosic fabrics. This product plays a crucial role in the biopolishing process which modifies the surface of cellulosic fabrics to reduce hairiness and enhance resistance to pilling. Through the hydrolysis of cellulose, Stonezyme D15 eliminates superficial microfibrils in cotton fibers, resulting in smoother and more durable fabrics. The enzyme has a wide operational temperature range of 30°C to 60°C and performs well in a pH range of 5.5 to 8.0. It offers a premium wash experience by providing good grain and contrast with minimal staining. For optimal results, operating temperatures of 40-45°C are recommended. Its environmentally friendly formulation is certified by ZDHC, Oeko-tex, GOTS, and ToxService, making it a reliable choice for sustainable textile processing.
