Ke Kelit - Model CASAFLEX -Flexible Pre-Insulated System
CASAFLEX serves as a perfect connection between heat generators and consumers. Designed as a double pipe and pre-insulated, several requirements are fulfilled in just one assembly stage. The abrasion-resistant, elastic jacket does not wrinkle even at the smallest bending radii – so, laying in visible areas can also be successfully carried out without problems.
KELOX Screw fitting joint
The different components of the system are joined by non-detachable fittings. The nut has a female thread. The supporting sleeve has a locking ring. The fitting is made of stress-relieved brass (MS 58) wich is covered with non-porous nickel plating.
KELOX ULTRAX Press connection made of metal
Non-detachable press connection made of stress-relieved MS 58 brass. The brass is covered with non-porous nickel plating. The stainless steel press sleeve has a window to control the push-in depth. The O-rings are made of EPDM.
KELOX WINDOX Press connection made of plastic
Multi-seal, non detachable press connection made of PPSU. The fittings are halogen-free, suited for drinking water and impermeable to oxygen. The stainless steel press sleeves have a window for controlling the push-in depth. This ensures high stability once the joint has been pressed. The O-rings are made of EPDM.
KELOX protec push fitting made of metal
Multi-seal, demountable push fitting made of stress relieved brass with pore-free metal plating (MS63), nano-coated EPDM O rings, 2 K grab ring for friction locked joint, transparent sleeve and window for checking depth of insertion and a protector ring made of high-strength plastic which prevents the insertion of pipes which have not been calibrated. The fitting is approved for drinking water and provides a permanently leak-proof joint to multi-layer pipes.

KELOX protec PPSU Push-fit fittings
NANO-trated O-ring made of EPDM. The body of the fitting is made of PPSU. Cap made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide (PA-GF) with a window to check the push-in depth. Barrier on the inside and outside of the pipe to prevent it from being pulled out. Fitting is halogen-free, suited for drinking water and impermeable to oxygen. No press toolsrequired.
