KEGEL - Model BTB-400 -Cellophane Overwrapping Machine
The BTB-400 Cellophane Overwrapping Machine by Kegel Machines is designed for efficient packaging of various large box articles and multi-piece blister packs. It is ideal for industries dealing with medicine, health products, foodstuff, cosmetics, stationery, and audiovisual products. Featuring PLC programmed control technology, the machine boasts an automatic box feeding and counting system complete with a touch screen display. The operation relies on a series of cams driving floating links and parts, streamlining the packaging process. Users have the option to wrap foil either around the product bypassing the sides or wrapping with folded sides, adapting to specific packaging needs. The machine supports BOP thermal film with belt-strap for efficient opening and closing. It operates at a power of 5.5 kW and can package between 20 and 40 pieces per minute. Made of stainless steel and incorporating components from Siemens, the BTB-400 ensures reliable performance and ease of maintenance.
Application:
This machine is widely applicable to the packaging of various single large box articles, such as the medicine, health products, foodstuff, daily cosmetics, stationery articles, and audiovisual products, or the collective blister pack of multi-piece box articles (with gold tear tape).
