Process flow
During operation, the main motor drives the main shaft and rotary table to rotate through the reducer, and the roll pin at the edge of the rotary table drives dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. The large materials are broken into small particles by the hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then the materials are evenly sent to the bulk tray at the upper part of the rotary table through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials scatter to the periphery of the circle and fall into the roller path of the grinding ring, which is impacted, rolled and ground by the ring roller. After the processing of the three-layer ring path, they become powder. The high pressure fan sucks the external air into the machine through suction, and brings the crushed materials into the powder concentrator. The rotating impeller in the powder concentrator makes the coarse material fall back and regrind. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone dust collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of the cyclone dust collector, which is the finished product. The air flow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and then discharged through the fan and muffler.
