The Keppel Seghers UNIBRANE® MBR technology is based on the perfect combination of specially developed UF-membrane modules with the established UNITANK® activated sludge process. The membrane can be either submerged in the biomass or mounted externally, enabling an advanced biological degradation and/or phosphorus removal.

UNIBRANE® is capable of treating highly polluted industrial wastewater and leachate for safe discharge according to stringent standards. It can be installed in a compact, modular and custom-built plant and is also ideal for treatment facility upgrades. With the addition of a Reverse Osmosis option, the treated water can be recycled for industrial and potable use.
