Kerian - Bell Peppers Sorting and Grading Machine

Bell Peppers must be oriented to the minimum diameter in order to  be consistently separated and sorted on the Kerian Sizer.  A combination of large-diameter rollers and the turning flaps above the rollers accomplish this with ease.  The rollers rotate and orient the peppers until they separate according to diameter onto the takeaway conveyor.  Lane separators for 3, 4 or more sizes direct the peppers to packing areas for the specified size.
