Kingplast - Fully Automatic Stretch Film Rewinder Machine

The fully automatic stretch film rewinder machine is designed to streamline the process of rewinding various types of stretch films, including stretch wrap, pallet stretch film, industrial stretch, wrapping film, and food cling film. This machine features automatic paper core loading, rewinding, shaft exchange, and automatic cutoff of the rewind roll once the set length is reached. It is equipped with an imported PLC man-machine interface communication program and a touch color screen, along with inverter control for the motor, facilitating user-friendly operation. With the capability of being operated by less skilled personnel, a single operator can manage up to two to three units at a time, thus reducing labor costs. The machine handles a maximum unwind roll width of 500 mm and a maximum sub-roll diameter of 300 mm. It operates with a rewinding speed ranging from 1000 to 1200 meters per minute, with voltage options of 220, 380, or 415 volts (3-phase).
