The integral drill rod produced by Kings Rock Tools is rolled with high-quality alloy steel such as 55SiMnMo. The production process includes cutting and blanking, mechanical drilling, interspersed mandrel, hot rolling with core, extracting mandrel, turning drill tip, forging tail handle , quenching heat treatment, normalizing quenching and tempering, anti-corrosion treatment and other steps. The product has good mechanical properties and meets the construction conditions of pneumatic rock drilling operations.
