Komax Alpha - Model 530 -Fully Automatic Wire Processing Machine

The fully automatic Alpha 530 wire processing machine for crimping and seal insertion on both sides meets high quality requirements for wire cross-sections of 0.13 – 6 mm². Thanks to flexible configuration, special and complex applications can also be carried out with the Alpha 530. Double crimp, sleeve and ferrule insertion as well as twisting and tinning strands are available on just one machine. Short distances between crimping, wire and cutting stations, LED-illuminated work zones and an intuitive, sequence-controlled and individually configurable user interface increase productivity. The fully automatic wire processing machine also offers short set-up and changeover times. For quality assurance, crimp force monitoring (CFA+/CFA) is built in at the factory; Incision Monitoring (ACD), which detects the slightest contact between the blade and conductor strand during the stripping process, is optional.
