Komax - Model F1150 -Automatic, Low Tension Wire Feed System
This automatic, low tension wire feed system, F1150 enables the processing of both thin, flexible strands and thicker, tension-sensitive wires such as coaxial cables. Thanks to the highly compatible control system, the F1150 fits seamlessly into a sequential wire processing line and makes a significant contribution to reliable and trouble-free production. The robust design with powerful drive processes wire reels of up to 300 kg carefully and precisely. The set-up and changeover time are extremely short – thanks to the ingenious motorized installation system in all axes, which is controlled by a handheld remote control. The F1150 prefeeder is optionally available in two versions for different wire outer diameters of 18 or 35 mm.
