Kovalus - Model NickelPur -Ion Exchange System

The NickelPur Nickel Recovery System combines ion exchange with compressed-bed, counter-current operation to recover over 95% nickel drag-out from plating baths. Nickel salt is naturally lost during the electroplating process resulting in higher operating costs and waste treatment considerations. The NickelPur system reduces these concerns by effectively recovering, concentrating, and de-acidifying nickel salts that are stored and later added back to the plating baths as required.
