KC3020 Frequency controller
The KD30 Series utilize the KC3020 frequency controller. The keypad controller allows the operator to turn the machine on and off, and the LED screen to chose the necessary conveying speed to operate with the tablet press.
Krämer patented Vibratory drive system
The KD30 Series vibratory drive features the Krämer patented counterweight system which allows for operation of the deduster with no vibration being transmitted to up stream or down stream equipment. Because of the counterweight the machine is extremely quiet, low maintenance and allows for precise vibration control which is extremely gentle on the tablets. The silicone membrane prevents dust from entering the vibratory drive unit.
Tablet inlet options
The included tablet inlet adapter connection to the tablet press and upstream equipment with the use of a rectangular tablet inlet 110×70 mm. If the adapter is not being used, a hose can directly be attached to the round Ø 60 mm inlet. The inlet can be rotated 360° independent of the outlet. The deduster is easily adjustable to various tablet press discharge configurations.
Utility Connection Ports
All Krämer dedusters feature a 2 inch Ø Tri-Clamp vacuum dust collection port for ease of assembly of a dust collection hose. Various optional hose adaptors are available upon request. In addition, the power supply cable uses a quick connect plug.
Optimal Process Viewing
The KD30 Series uses an acrylic housing for optimal process viewing. In addition, dust agitation is supplied with a compressed air nozzle to get the cleanest tablets possible.
Ease of assembly and Disassembly
No tools are needed to assemble or disassemble the machine for cleaning. All product contact surfaces are AISI 316L stainless steel. All Krämer machines minimize the number of parts to be cleaned, and keep the weight of each part minimal for ease of handling. This assures quick and effortless cleaning processes.
