Mediwish - Kraft-Paper Self Sealing Pouch
Paper-paper flat pouch, made from medical paper with glue seal, seld seal type for steam, eo, hot air sterilization process. Kraft pouches Mediwish for STEAM and DRY HOT air sterilization. Kraf bags Mediwish is an integral part of the process of final sterilization by air (at sterilization temperatures of 160°C - 180°C) and steam (at sterilization temperatures of 121°C - 134°C).
They are packaging of various widths and lengths, consisting of kraft paper (light brown) or water-strenght bleached paper (white) with a density of 70-80 g/m2, and designed for packaging products of small thickness. They do not allow microorganisms to penetrate, provided that all the rules for closing packages, sterilization modes, storage conditions and periods are observed. Maintain integrity after sterilization and during transportation. They are moisture resistant and can be easily disposed of by burning.
The bags are hermetically sealed with a self-adhesive tape, which is applied to the valve of the bag. They are a rectangular envelope with two glued side seams. On the protruding part of the reverse side of the bag (valve), an adhesive layer is applied, protected by anti-adhesive paper. On the front side of the package there is a class 1 chemical indicator that allows you to distinguish packages that have been sterilized from those that have not.
It is worth storing kraft bags subject to the following rules:
- avoid storage near heat sources and under direct sunlight;
- provide storage in dry conditions;
- store in the absence of dust;
- protect the outer packaging from damage;
- Provide product traceability to retained labels.
The shelf life of the packages from the date of their manufacture is 2 years, provided that the packages are stored at temperatures from plus 10°? to plus 30°? and relative humidity 30-50%.
