Precise measuring and checking of system components. In development and series test stands the requirements for measuring accuracy for flow meters are very high. The KRAL test stand for flow measuring system offers high measuring accuracy and low pressure drop even in harsh operating conditions.
Different series measure accurately without straight runs of piping and in flow measuring ranges of (0.1 to 7500 l/min.), this includes applications with rapid flow fluctuations and liquid pulsations. Measuring instruments from our standard program that are for industrial applications and specify an accuracy requirement of 0,1 %, attain ± 0.015 % accuracy for measurements of fuel oil. The various series cover high system pressures up to 250 bar and a temperature range of -40°C to +250°C.
Our strengths lie in the developments, series test stands and being able to supply hydraulic components and fuel oil components. Developing and testing (e.g.: fuel pumps) including filling, measuring and conditioning of industrial liquids (like transmission oil, engine oil, brake fluids) in vehicle production.
