With effect from 01.05.2007 KROLL took over the business, which was founded in 1986 companies Kutschke Fahrzeugbau GmbH / Hünxe, H. I. S. Handels-Industrie-Service GmbH / Hünxe, and the Kutschke aur Umwelttechnik GmbH and vehicle / Halle. The aforementioned divisions have since been conducted under the direction of the vehicle construction KROLL Umwelttechnik GmbH.
