The MSWS-02R Workstation is specifically designed to support an AB-Sciex API 3200 Qtrap mass spectrometer in combination with an Agilent 1200 Series Liquid Chromatograph. This mobile lab bench integrates the Varian MS40+ vacuum pump within the MS-QuietBox II system to achieve a significant noise reduction of 15 dB(A) while mitigating vibration transfer via mounted vibration dampeners. Constructed to withstand weights up to 450kg, the workstation features a TrespaTM chemically resistant work surface, accommodating various bench-top Mass Spec instruments, HPLC stacks, and ICP systems. Ergonomically designed, it provides a customizable platform for laboratory equipment, ensuring ease of use and enhancing workflow efficiency. Its modular structure allows for easy installation in laboratory spaces, with standard dimensions of 770cm depth, and options for additional configurations available upon request.

Our recommended lab bench for an AB-Sciex API 3200 Qtrap instrument connected to an Agilent 1200 Series LC is the KRSS MSWS-02R Workstation.

The Varian MS40+ (Qty 1) vacuum pump is enclosed in the MS-QuietBox II noise reduction system, under the AB-Sciex API 3200 Qtrap mass spectrometer. The MS-Quietbox will reduce the vacuum pump noise (lc/ms noise) by 15 dB(A). The oil tray is mounted on the vibration dampners to prevent any vibration transfer to the mass spectrometer.
