If the weight of the contents of waste containers on the embankment is to be determined, a bulk scale is the right solution. The measuring prisms are adapted to the bed, regardless of whether it is a comb or arm bed, divided or beam bed. The weight value of the poured medium is displayed on the on-board computer (weighing terminal) and recorded on the printer. A loading of up to max. 2 tons. The inclination sensor corrects the weight value if it is tilted without the scale switching off.

Individual weighing of containers directly during emptying
The tonnages / containers to be emptied are weighed separately by the differential process at the receiving points of the bulk. This allows a more accurate weighing even for smaller weights in the range up to 2 tonnes per container. The weight value of the poured material is displayed on the LCD of the weighing terminal and can be recorded via a print. An optional tilt sensor corrects the weight value when tilted. The weighing scale can be extended with one of our RFID identification systems or GPRS transmission modules, in order to transmit the data in real time to a control center. With our optional filling controller, you can also control / specify the emptying process.
Lifter scale
The bulk weighing machine is conical for comb, composite, arm, split or beam bedding and offers a presiitive alternative to the expensive, service-intensive dynamic scales.
Overhead loader
The overhead loader scale is designed for filling with forks and offers an inexpensive alternative to expensive, service-intensive dynamic scales.
