L3 OceanServer - Model Shadow Fox -Autonomous Surface Vehicle
Shadow Fox is the latest-generation Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV). Shadow Fox is a 13-meter (41-foot) long high-speed, multi-purpose ASV capable of operating beyond-line-of-sight for prolonged periods.
The platform can host a variety of payloads to support a range of applications. Shadow Fox can operate Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) from its aft deck to increase communications range and enhance situational awareness. The platform is able to relay information including full motion video back to its command and control (C2) node and is capable of communicating via UHF/VHF, Satcom, 4G and Wi-Fi. The C2 node can be integrated into the ship or shore side C2 systems or can be provided as a portable setup.
