Lab Armor - Peltier Bead Bath for Controlled Temperature Applications
Lab Armor has innovated the scientific bath industry with its Peltier Bead Bath, a versatile unit harnessing Peltier Thermoelectric Cooler-Heater (TEC-H) technology for precise thermal control in both heating and cooling applications. This unique product integrates an air jacketed design, which distinguishes it as the only bead bath with dual capabilities on the market. Designed to work effectively with Lab Armor Beads, the Peltier Bead Bath offers exceptional temperature uniformity and stability, maintaining uniform temperatures within a range of +/-0.5°C at 37°C. Its digital controller and display resolution of 0.1°C facilitate precise adjustments, while the built-in overtemperature protection ensures safe operation. The unit is equipped with removable aluminum baskets, a hinged sealing lid, and acrylic viewport, making it practical for various laboratory environments. Moreover, the absence of water eliminates risks of contamination, optimizes bench space, and enhances the cleanliness of laboratory processes.

Uniform Temperatures. Using TEC-H thermoelectric technology and Lab Armor beads, you can heat or cool your samples and media, saving bench space while processing materials with exceptional temperature uniformity.
With Bead Bath designed expressly for beads, temperatures are consistent and uniform everywhere in the bath. Thermal uniformity is +/-0.5 at 37ºC.
Always On. The bath always stays on, so you don’t have to plan around warmup times. You don’t need to worry about refilling or low water burnout because there is no water to evaporate.
Stays Clean. Lab Armor reduces the risk of contamination. Contaminated samples and reagents result in distorted data and unpredictable outcomes.
