Wide range of magnetic intensity from 50 to 1 000 mT (500 -10 000 Gauss)

A special feature of DrumMag S drum separator is its sectoral design ensuring application of the separator for concentration of materials with different magnetic susceptibility. Magnetic intensity on operating surfaces of the sectors can range from 50 to 800 mT (from 500 to 8 000 Gs) for systems with magnetic stirring and up to 1000 mT (10 000 Gs) for systems without magnetic stirring.

Separated material size from 0.1 to 200 mm

ERGA DrumMag S separator can be used for conducting laboratory- and pilot-scale tests (up to 5 t/h) on material with size up to 200 mm with option of obtaining middlings.

Automatic cleaning

Customized selection of equipment

Laboratory magnetic separator DrumMag S is optimized for application in different operating modes. Operating length of magnetic roll can vary from 400 to 1200 mm with diameter from 320mm to 900mm depending on infeed material sizes and capacity.

Fine separation settings

ERGA DrumMag S separator is equipped with a mobile vibrating tray, providing feeding of material to the required sector. DrumMag S is equipped with infeed hopper and vibrating feeder for monolayer material feed. Fine settings of splitter and drum rotation frequency ensure its efficient operation with different processed materials.
