ESCO vacuum dryers and filter nutsche on a laboratory scale for your development and scale-up. Our specialised laboratory-scale vacuum dryers and filter chutes offer the ideal solution for drying and filtration processes in demanding laboratory applications. The devices fulfil all cGMP-relevant design requirements for materials, surface finishes and elastomers. This ensures high hygiene standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. The materials used are resistant to aggressive chemicals and ensure easy cleaning, making the devices ideal for highly sensitive applications.
Our vacuum dryers gently dry sensitive materials under vacuum, whereby the drying temperatures are precisely controlled to avoid thermal decomposition. This preserves the quality of the end products. For maximum process reliability, the control systems of the devices are CFR Part 11-compliant, which enables secure data recording and processing as well as complete traceability.
The filter chutes impress with their efficiency in separating solids and liquids, and they are optimised for operation under vacuum. Different designs and sizes allow flexible customisation to specific laboratory requirements. In addition, all systems are available in an explosion-proof design, making them ideal for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
