LabSmith - Model AV201 -uProcess Automated 3-port Selector Valve
LabSmith's uProcess Automated 3-port Selector Valve AV201 is a versatile and robust component of the uProcess platform, designed to facilitate the construction and management of microfluidic systems. This automated valve offers a two-position, three-port configuration, compatible with various tubing sizes, including 360µm capillaries, 1/32-inch, and 1/16-inch tubing. Built to withstand pressures up to 2000 psi (14 MPa), the valve utilizes Vespel® as the wetted material, making it suitable for handling a broad spectrum of chemical reagents, including harsh substances. The integration with Microsoft Windows®-based uProcess software allows for comprehensive control and automation scripting for both basic and complex laboratory setups. Installation requires a 4VM02 Valve Manifold and EIB200 interface controller for PC communication. The system streamlines microfluidic processes, offering high precision and reliability in lab automation.
The AV201 selector valve is the newest component of LabSmith’s uProcess platform, which simplifies construction and control of microfluidic systems. Automated uProcess components include syringe pumps, temperature and pressure sensors, selector valves, temperature controllers and more. Microsoft Windows®-based uProcess software provides straightforward control of all devices. With uProcess users can generate automated scripts to control both simple setups and complex lab automation.
LabSmith’s AV201 valves are rated to 2000 psi (14 MPa). The valves are are constructed with Vespel® as the wetted material* for use with a wide variety of chemicals and able to withstand harsh reagents.
Requires a 4VM02 Valve Manifold and EIB200 interface controller for communicating with PC. Connects to capillary or tubing via one-piece fitting (not included). Also available as a manual valve.
Typically ships in 2-3 days.
