LabworX - PlateNest System

XHotel and PlateStaX storage systems can be ergonomically loaded and unloaded in seconds.

Multiple PlateStaX and XHotels can be used within the under deck PlateNest System, to dramatically increase microplate capacity and throughput flexibility.

Standard configurations allow for up to 13 individual process paths, with a notional capacity of 385 microplates. The addition of an expansion carousel can increase the plate capacity in excess of 700 microplates.

Dedicated Input / output channels allow for rapid transfer from the storage area to the process area, whilst ensuring deadlock issues do not occur.

Barcode readers can be included within the PlateNest to verify data and process integrity.

Additional devices which do not require regular operator intervention or consumable replenishment, can also be situated below deck to increase throughput speed.
