Matakt - Lance Nozzle
With the MATAKT® lance nozzle, the air escapes from the side of the nozzle at the speed of sound, forms an air wedge and separates adhering material from the container wall. This allows the material to flow downwards again due to gravity. The effective range is approx. 1 meter to the left and right of the blow-out side. This results in a large effective range for activating the material. The lip seal on the blow-out slots prevents fine-grained material from getting into the MATAKT® lance nozzle and thus impairing its effectiveness. Should, e.g. B. by wear of the lip seal, material has once entered the MATAKT® lance nozzle , it can be easily cleaned by unscrewing the end cover . The special design of the nozzle allows an extension at any time to meet the respective requirements or changes.
MATAKT® angle nozzle
With the MATAKT® angled nozzle , the air flows out of the front of the nozzle and activates the material in the direction of flow. In pipelines, the deposited material is released by the air blast and carried away by the flow in the pipe.
MATAKT® expanding nozzle
The MATAKT® expanding nozzle has been specially developed for materials that are very loose and open-pored, such as sawdust. It fans out the air jet over a large area and acts like a large sliding wall on the material to be activated, this is released and can follow the flow of gravity again. For easy assembly, the MATAKT® expansion nozzle can be inserted and fastened from the outside into the silo. The silo does not have to be empty.
MATAKT® lance nozzle 45 °
The MATAKT® lance nozzles 45 ° were developed for silos or bunkers with flat floors and for underfloor fume cupboards . Thanks to the special design, it can be handled easily and optimally placed on the flat floor near the fume cupboard. Their 45 ° arrangement practically simulates a silo with a 45 ° cone angle, which means that the discharge capacity is increased to a maximum on the flat floors or underfloor fume cupboards.
