Product Description

1. Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed with superior steel, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It can berth and dredge in any water body within coastal and inland river regions, adhering to the stringent navigation standards of area 'A' or below, as specified in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R. China.

Our dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to class III dredging engineering construction standards issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of P.R. China.

The robust hull comprises three meticulously designed pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. All components are dimensioned for seamless transport by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features an advanced rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, using bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Additionally, the dredger is powered by a high-performance Marine engine. The main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which, in turn, powers all other essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.

Constructed with an all-welded, steel design, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon via durable bolts.
The steel plates used for the hull are of CCSB grade (shipbuilding steel plate), ensuring unparalleled strength and durability.
