  1. Double or triple eccentric butterfly valves are suitable for one-way sealing condition. In general, the installation direction should be indicated; if the sealing condition is two-way, it should be specified in the sales contract, and the center line butterfly valve is preferred.
  2. According to different working conditions, we could provide hard seal butterfly valve, soft seal butterfly valve, and center line butterfly valve etc., with manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic control and other operating way, to meet the individual needs of different customers.
  1. Streamline design for the valve disc; truss structure for large diameter butterfly valve; good rigidity, high flow rate, low flow resistance, light weight; easy installation and debugging.
  2. Double eccentric design. When the valve opens at a certain angle, the seal pair is completely torn off, reducing the friction. And the valve has a hydraulic self-closing function, the higher the pressure the more tightly sealed. The valve disc is not sensitive to the local wear and tear, thus having reliable sealing.
  3. Oil-proof NBR and EPDM rubber is used for the sealing ring of the soft seal butterfly valve, thus having suitable hardness, good elasticity, aging resistance, and strong tear resistance. Our company promises not to use recycled rubber.
  4. Triple eccentric structure is designed for hard seal butterfly valve, using asymmetric slanting oval sealing surface to ensure that the sealing could be achieved by expansion without any friction.
  5. The padding could be changed through the window without dismantling the valve. Adopting self-sealing structure, the padding is a combination of multi-channel V-shaped rings, to improve the reliability of the shaft seal.
  6. Using oil-free self-lubricating bearings, high carrying capacity, low friction coefficient.
  7. The thrust bearing is equipped at the end of the valve shaft. The valve disc will not traverse, no matter it is mounted vertically or horizontally, thus having reliable axial seal.
