VDR1280T80 comes with two cylinders so called heavy duty dual ram. It is designed with large press force which is 80 tons and 100 tons. VDR1280T80-Vertical heavy duty dual ram has a larger feed opening for more convenient loading as well as high compression ratio which is ideal for bulky materials. This series features with automatic bale ejector for easy and efficient bale ejecting. VDR1280T80 also equips with bale complete reminder, safety interlock, anti-round device and electric buttons controlled for simply and conveniently operation.
Bale height can be adjusted for different size and weight baling demands while the retainer claws as an option for holding materials from springing back. Furthermore, all the balers are strictly manufactured according to CE/Australian wiring code and safety standard. ODM/OEM services are available.
The baler VDR1280T80 is 1700*1180*3300mm while the weight is 2.5ton, utilizing 80ton hydraulic power to bale the waste into size of 1200*800mm, which can get bale weight 400-500kg.
It is a good baling solution for handling hard plastics, aluminum, fibers, PET bottles etc. to dense bales.
