Green-Rock - Model BSCS -Large Treatment Plants
BSCS, or BIOSTONE-CHEMSTONE treatment plants, efficiently treat all residential wastewater in sites where high capacity is required. Well suited for residential buildings, commercial buildings, schools, kindergartens, hotels, campsites and holiday villages.
Biostone-Chemstone treatment plants are reliable wastewater treatment plants that can withstand large load fluctuations and whose treatment results exceed the highest requirements. Their maintenance is simple and easy.
The Biostone and Chemstone modules are separate and thus the delivery configuration can be chosen flexibly as required. For example, if only biological treatment is required, then the system can be delivered without a chemical part.
The BSCS product range consists of 55-person treatment plants up to several hundred:
- BSCS 55
- BSCS 100
- BSCS 200
- also other dimensions as required
The process is continuous and based on trickling filter technology.
The main steps in the cleaning process are:
- 3-compartment pre-precipitation
- biological treatment
- chemical treatment
- post-clarification
- post-filtration
- drainage of purified water
