The LCEQ Plastic Crusher is a specialized device aimed at the efficient recycling of various plastic materials. It handles products such as PET bottles, plastic pipes, and components from injection molding machines. The crusher is equipped with three types of cutters: flake type, claw type, and flat type, tailored to meet diverse recycling needs. The durable SKD-11 cutters enhance longevity, operating at a noise level around 90 dB, with options for a sound-proof version. This machine is also capable of integrating a dust separator and a conveying blower to minimize workshop dust. Additionally, LCEQ offers smaller granulators suitable for sideward injection molding processes, with motor power around 1.5 or 2.2 kW, focusing on efficient energy use.
