Leader - Model MIX A 1000 -Foam Proportioner
The LEADER MIX A 1000 firefighting foam dosing device has been designed to meet the requirements of firefighters who need to produce foam quickly to extinguish class A fires. COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT
With its small footprint and its 16 kg, the LEADER MIX A 1000 firefighting foam inductor is easily installed into fire fighting vehicles: fire trucks, foam cradles, pick ups and trailers.
PRECISE DOSAGE AND EASY TO USE
The selection of the foam dosing rate is made on a selection ring: 0.3%, 0.5% or 1%. The quantity of foam additive is sucked up with precision by a powerful venturi system. This firefighting foam proportioner is 100% mechanical and autonomous, it does not include electronics and does not require a power supply.
SELF-REGULATING SYSTEM
The LEADER MIX A 1000 foam proportioner / inductor adapts instantly the dosing to flow variations, without adjustment. It operates from 200 l/min and up to 1000 l/min, from 5 bar and up to 16 bar.
The unique and patented system of LEADER MIX A 1000 foam proportioner is based on foam concentrate injection by a venturi system, a 100% mechanical, autonomous and reliable system.
From 5 bar, LEADER MIX A 1000 foam inductor automatically adapts the dosage of the additive whatever the water flow rate, ranging from 200 to 1000 l/min.
Dedicated to class A foams, LEADER MIX A 1000 foam eductor offers a precise dosage from 0.3 to 1% for wetting-foaming agents (class A foam concentrates). It produces the premix quantity desired to produce finished foam. It does not require a metering pump, this avoids incidents in case of dry use.
Easy to use, a control panel allows you to view the inlet pressure and choose the intervention positions (foam injection, water only, flushing). LEADER MIX A 1000 foam proportioner is a compact, efficient and economical firefighting equipment to fix onboard firefighting vehicles (fire truck, foam cradles, pick up or trailer). Easy maintenance.
