Leman - Model A & B -Oil Spill Boom
It consists of a succession of foam cylinders, included in a watertight envelope and a smooth skirt. The entire system is reinforced by three cables. LEMAN A and B booms are easy to set-up on any site. They are stable against the wind and swell. A simple, sturdy design, they can be rolled on a reel (easy to store and transport).
“LEMAN A” BOOM :
The LEMAN A type boom is intended to fight the spread of oil pollution.
It’s a curtain type cylindrical boom. It consists of a succession of foam cylinders, included in a watertight envelope and a smooth skirt.
“LEMAN B” BOOM :
The LEMAN B type boom is intended to fight macro-pollution. This boom was developed to contain wood waste on lakes and other bodies of water.
The oil spill boom is designed to withstand the marine environment, bad weather, the sun, as well as a high humidity environment.
