Lev-Co - Model 14-005 -Ø 4``/ 5``/ 6`` & 8`` Motorized Hose Reel
The Motorized Hose Reels are designed to remove exhaust gasses emitted by exhaust pipes of every type of vehicle using an electric motor and controlled via a wireless remote controller. This system works well with cars, trucks, tractors, armoured vehicles and means of public transport.
Motorized Hose Reels are electric-drivenand controlled via remote controlfor precise hose placement on a tailpipe or stack, allowing for easy lowering and retraction onto the reel. It is an ideal solution for eliminating tripping hazards in the work area and is perfect for bus depots, garages, service stations and repair shops.
One universal hose reel allows the attaching of hoses of different diameters, lengths, and temperature ratings. The Lev-co hose reel stands out due to its unique high temperature 2000 degree bearings mounted within its side plates, duct connection and supporting frame. The motor is a sealed IP 66 electric motor with a backup coil and recoil handle that allows the reel to be operated when no power is available.
The reel may be mounted under a roof, within a ceiling structure as well as in a wall or at the end of an extension boom and have typical flow rates between 300CFM and 4300CFM.

- Low Temp. Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 350º F
- High Temp. Hose: suitable for temperatures of 850º F
- Ultra High temp: suitable for temperatures up to 2500 º F
