Lev-Co Pro-Flex - Model 01-005 -Ø 5``/ 6.5`` & 8`` Extraction Arm

The externally supported PRO-FLEX Extraction Arm is a superior arm that comes complete with an advanced "parallelogram / counter balanced" design eliminating the need for continual adjustment of friction joints and allowing for unparalleled ease of use. The PRO-FLEX is an ideal solution for most "source-capture" applications.

It is not just a stretched out extractor arm. Two ball-bearing mounted horizontal arms with disc-brakes give an excellent horizontal maneuverability. It is also specifically recommended for applications requiring an "easy to position" extractor that does not require constant adjustment.
Pro-Flex Extractor Crane is the optimal solution when you need to cover large work areas. It come in 28 different configurations:

  • Lengths: 3M (10`) -- 4M (14`) -- 5m (17’) -- 6m (20`) -- 7m (23’) -- 8m (26’) -- 9 m (30’)
  • Diameters: 100mm (4”) -- 125mm (5”) -- 160mm (6.5”) -- 200mm (8”).

All systems consist of (1) double articulating extension crane and (1) 3m (10’) externally supported Pro-Flex Extraction Arm. The parallelogram mechanism is c/w3 spring-assisted joints black baked-on enamel steel hood with handle and damper. The articulation between wall bracket and parallelogram mechanism allows the extraction arm to be folded against the wall and out of the way. The Wall Bracket is constructed of 6 and 2.5 mm steel, painted with black baked-on enamel. C/W 2 integrated swivel bearing points for 360-degree continuous rotation, integrated duct & direct mount fan connections. The Internal Support is a combination of 50 x 25mm and 22 x 22mm, 2.5 mm steel tubing is used as the structure for the support mechanism. "Parallelogram" technology is used along with 3 spring assisted joints to provide precise counter balancing of the extractor`s inner and outer arm.
