The NIVA Level Controller MS1 EX meets the latest requirements of EC directive 95/9/EC (ATEX 95) and the international directive IECEx, which must be respected by applications in potentially explosive areas. In accordance with the licence SEV 13 ATEX 0102 the Level Controller MS1 EX may be used in zone 0, zone 1 and zone 2 (Cl.1 Div.1) as well as in gas groups IIA, II B and IIC, where an explosion hazard exists due to combustible materials in temperature classes T1 to T6 (80°C/176°F).
