Libra`s EUROWASH Advanced Series heavy duty wheel washers paired with our cone tank recycling system offer unrivalled wheel washing capability. Our Advanced Plus operates automatically with no operator required by using vehicle sensors. The closed loop water recycling system utilizes 7 settlement sections and 9 filtration systems to remove dirt particles in the recycled water with a capacity of over 30,000 litres.
Our angled rumble grid decks and ramps loosen compacted dirt between wheels and in the tire treads as 130 built in spray jet nozzles provide a high pressure wash. The 6m wash deck covers over 2 full tire rotations, giving you a thorough clean of the full side, wheel and under carriage of the vehicle.
The wash unit is self cleaning with an isolated flush wash that pushes any build up to the catch tank for easy removal. The cone tanks design allows for any particles to sink to the bottom where any sludge can be periodically flushed through the drainage valves.
