The rules apply to persons who are in the territory of the company or provide services, or are in the territory in relation to the transfer and acceptance of merchendise.

General security requirements in the territory

Observe the safety signs in the company and follow their instructions.

It is prohibited to be in restricted and dangerous areas.
It is prohibited to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the territory.
It is forbidden to bring/import chemicals into the territory without prior approval.
Keep a safe distance from equipment, etc. moving mechanisms.
Wear a reflective safety vest, safety helmet, safety glasses, safety shoes, use hearing protection in noisy rooms. These protective equipment are issued in storage room.
Treat the company`s property and assets with care. Arbitrary use or damage of property belonging to the company is prohibited.
Permission must be obtained for photography and filming in the company`s territory.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas, follow signs that clearly indicate smoking and non-smoking areas.

Cargo unloading / loading
During loading / unloading operations, the car driver or passenger must be at a safe distance with a reflective vest and protective helmet on.
The permitted driving speed of the transport is 5 km/h.

Watch out for traffic on the company`s territory. Be aware of moving transport in the company`s territory.

During the loading or unloading of cargo, it is forbidden to be in the cargo compartment of the vehicle and to secure the cargo with cargo straps during loading.

Fire safety

Comply with the general fire safety requirements set in the facility
Do not allow actions that could lead to fire
The location of the fire extinguisher is marked with sign shown above.

The environment

In the company`s territory, follow the waste sorting procedure, throw the waste in the designated containers found in the company`s premises or territory. If possible, follow waste sorting guidelines.
During and after work, it is forbidden to leave the work environment in disarray, it is forbidden to throw hazardous waste with household waste.

In case of accidents

The first aid kit with medicines and dressing material is located in the places marked with the following sign:
For emergency medical assistance Call 113.
In case of fire, call the Fire Service by calling 112.
When you hear the alarm sirens, evacuate the buildings following the evacuation directions
In the event of an occupational accident on our premises, notify a Reserv Inc. representative immediately.
When you exit the building, go to the safe gathering place.
Do not return to the buildings until permission has been given by the persons in charge of the company.
In emergency situations, visitors/carriers may be prevented from entering/entering the company`s territory.
