LignoX - BMT System
LignoX uses microorganisms from the deep sea that come from hydrothermal sources as a basis. It is a symbiotic mixture of enzymes, natural, highly efficient microorganisms of risk class 1 (harmless) and herbal active ingredients, the prebiotics. In connection with the BMT System®, LignoX® promotes highly efficient conversion processes of poorly degradable substrate components such as lignocellulose. Due to the highly developed composition of the preparation, the growth and activity of selected types of bacteria are specifically strengthened or inhibited, thus significantly increasing the methane yield.
In the BMT System®, biological, mechanical and thermocatalytic processes are brought together within one system and precisely coordinated with one another. The procedural objective is the processing of hot liquid manure with the addition of LignoX® and mixing with processed lignin-containing feedstock.
The functional groups are divided into modules (containers) and connected to one another via pipe bridges, so that the installation time on site is reduced to a minimum.
