Lipcoat - Model 103 -Atex-Like, Plastic-Based Liquid

The LIPCOAT ® 103 is a latex-like, plastic-based liquid that lies like a film over the treated surface. It is used to avoid the removal of material on passive dumps. To do this, the LIPCOAT ® 103 is diluted with water and sprayed evenly over the entire surface. Once the water has evaporated, a homogeneous, completely encrusted, film-like surface remains. This surface is completely weatherproof and covers the stockpile like a tarpaulin as long as it is not processed. If the heap is removed again and the surface is broken open , the LIPCOAT ® 103 cannot do like the LIPCOAT ®100 reactivated by watering again, but must be reapplied. Our NALTEC ® system is particularly suitable for spraying this solution . The spray nozzles create a very fine water mist, which also guarantees wetting of the entire surface with LIPCOAT ® 103 .
