LK Metall - Model LRA 100 -Air Purifier
Industrial spaces, especially production halls or warehouses, are places where infections with viruses, bacteria or germs that are hazardous to health can be transmitted at any time. The LK air purifier LRA 100 offers the staff who work there highly effective protection. A three-stage filter system ensures that the hall air is cleaned of not only coarse and fine particles but also microparticles (which include all pathogens). With a purification level of 99.995 percent, the clean air quality of operating rooms or laboratories is achieved.
Minimal power consumption through EC fans
With its dimensions of 5000 x 1300 x 1300 mm, the system can be mounted either on the hall ceiling or on the hall floor. The air intake and air distribution ducts in the production or manufacturing halls can be designed individually. An energy-efficient EC fan (energy efficiency class: IE5) ensures minimal power consumption.
With a hall volume of 3,500 cubic meters, the system circulates air 2.85 times per hour . CO2 sensors are used to determine the occupancy and air quality , thus ensuring automatic control of operations.
99.995 percent effectiveness against pathogens
A highly efficient EC fan sucks in the hall air with high air output and returns it to the hall in a cleaned state. The first filter stage uses a coarse filter of filter class ISO Coarse and filters out the corresponding coarse particles. In a second filter stage, the air is cleaned using a fine filter of filter class ISO ePM2.5.
The third filter stage is equipped with a suspended matter filter of filter class H14 and achieves a separation efficiency of 99.995 percent for a particle size of 100 to 200 nanometers .
