Ningbo - Lost Wax Casting-Pump Body
Cast steels,Alloy steels & Carbon steels. Current material used for casting the pump body casted in our foundry is ASTM A148 standard. We can lost wax cast according to custom chemical components, and achieve required mechanical properties by heat treat processes, such as hardening, tempering, normalizing, annealing, case hardening, induction hardening process, etc.
Lost wax cast pump bodies, works as connectors/joints/couplers to assemble all the pipes and other casted components together. Thus, lost wax cast pump bodies are widely used in field of pipe line building, gas pipes building, flow control industries, etc.
We mainly quote and produce such lost wax cast pump bodies according to drawing/samples from our customer. We can accept drawings in format of PDF, JPG, CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks, etc. Pump body lost wax casted in our foundry mainly exported to countries with higher developed pipelines systems, such as USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, etc.
