Kmaire - Model ZCKD Series -Low Dew Point Desiccant Dehumidifier
ZCKD series low dew point dehumidifier is designed based on the craft characteristic and special requirements of production environment of lithium battery material industry.At present,it is widely used in many factories of lithium battery and lithium material,already proofed the dehumidifier can meet the specail requirements of the production craft. ZCKD Low Dew Point(-70°C)series can reach temperature 23˚C /relative humidity 1% requirements.

Work Pinciple
ZCKD series Low Due Point Dehumidifier makes good use of characteristic of silica gel and molecular sieve wheel that has high dehumidifying effeciency during low temperature and low humidity conditions,adopting rotary wheel scientifically equipped with DX refrigeration system,with special dehumidifying technics flpw and duct design,controls the air temperature of each process,obtaining supply air with normal temperature and super low dew point.
Functional Buildup
- Pre-filter,fresh air cooling,reflow air section,mixing cooling,silica gel or molecular sieve wheel,cool and reactivation area,post-cooling,Pocket type medium filter,homogenization,process blower,PLC electric control system. The functions can be adjusted according to technics flow.
- The refrigeration system can be provided along with the dehumidifier or provided by the user.
