Bio-Robi - Low Maintenance Wastewater Treatment System

Bio-Robi®`s effective system leverages the power of nature coupled with smart technology to purify wastewater and transform it into clean water that can be reused or discharged.
Pre-treatment
The sewage inflow collects in a pre-treatment tank. Sedimentation takes place and then the anaerobic process occurs achieving up to 50% reduction of the organic loads.
Biological Treatment
The pre-treated effluent is then mixed with compressed air in a stainless steel static mixing chamber mounted on top of the tank. The extended aeration process achieves high levels of dissolved oxygen (4-6 ppm), enabling the biomass to decompose the soluble organic load and by that, purify the sewage.
Clarification stage
In this stage, the remaining biomass settles in the tank and is pumped back to the biological treatment stage while the clean, odorless effluent is discharged from the top level.
Post Treatment (optional)
When required, our team can optionally integrate fine screening with disinfection to obtain high-quality effluent and meet any permit limits or other requirements.
