Introducing the next generation Low Temperature Spray Dryer—engineered to transform R&D and pilot-scale production of delicate biological, pharmaceutical, and food materials.1. Sample Material: water solubility
2. Water Evaporation: 1500-2000ml/h
3. Temperature setting range: inlet 40~100°C, outlet 30~60°C
4. Vacuum degree : –0.05~0.06Mpa
5. Controller: Color LCD touch screen parameters display (display inlet and outlet temperature, peristaltic pump speed, air volume, deblocker frequency).
6. Jet size: Standard with 1mm jet and other sizes are available(0.5mm/0.7mm/1.0mm/1.5mm/2.0mm, others support customization).
7. Maximum feeding volume: the peristaltic pump is adjustable and the maximum is 2000ml/h. The minimum material volume is 30~50ml/h (depending on the difference in the solid content of the materials).

2. Compact design machine can operate without other facilities.
