Ice Melt contains penetrating agents to enable the removal of hazardous ice deposits from paths, steps, ramps, driveways, roads, bridges, car parks, playgrounds, forecourts, loading bays, railway platforms, runways, construction sites, drill rigs, ports, piers, retail parks... the list goes on, in fact, wherever ice accumulates and requires a fast acting, non-toxic, non-corrosive and easily applied de-icer.

Magic Ice Melt is completely non-corrosive to metals and concrete, an important factor in why it is the de-icer favoured by airports and railways worldwide. Neither will it damage synthetic surfaces, making it ideal for use on all-weather pitches. It is completely non-toxic to humans and animals and will not irritate the skin. Properly dispensed, Magic Ice Melt does not harm plant life and is fully biodegradable.

Ideal alternative product to rock salt for use in nursing homes, doctors surgeries, libraries, shops, restaurants, community centres, transport companies, food manufacturers.

Usage Rate: Approximately 1kg per 5-10 square metres dependent on the prevailing conditions, i.e. the thickness of the ice.

Simply sprinkle or spread Ice Melt onto the surface to be treated and leave to react. Spread by hand using the dispenser and work in a zigzag motion across the area. Alternatively, spread evenly using a lawn spreader, normally used for sowing lawn seed.
