Sanding - Model NuGum BL -Magnesium Aluminium Silicate
NuGum BL Magnesium aluminium silicate is made from white clay such as montmorillonite, bentonite, pozzolanite, etc. The mineral colloid contained therein is refined through the processes of beneficiation, pulping, activation, flaking, ultrafine grading and purification, chemical modification, and ingredient compounding. It can be widely used in medicine, cosmetics, personal care, animal health, household and industrial fields.
NuGum BL can be used as a thickener, thixotropic agent, suspending agent, binder, emulsion stabiliser and so on. It is widely used in acidic, neutral and alkaline systems to increase skinfeel, improve spreadability, high water retention and maintain product stability in daily chemical systems.

[Instructions for use of NuGum BL Magnesium aluminium silicate]
The product is added to a certain amount of water and fully dispersed by high-speed shearing, and the degree of hydration is proportional to the energy provided. After sufficient hydration time, a pre-gel is made, and then the other components in the formula are added sequentially and stirred well.
Typical dosage of this product is about 0.5-3.0% by weight of the total formulation, the specific dosage can be adjusted according to the type of system and the required consistency.
