SUGARLIFT is the new magnetic lid lifter device by IVERNA. This is a versatile lever system with trolley that incorporates a neodymium magnet, one of the most powerful in the world, guaranteeing along with a comfortable ergonomic polypropylene handle, an easy and safe lifting, displacement and repositioning of sewer;manhole covers or drains. The lever system is operated by pressing downward and not directly raised like traditional key systems, thereby reducing muscle and back injuries. - Join the carriage piece with anti puncture tires in the central part with the steel lever section, using two clamping knobs.
- Anchor the chain to the end of the device using our approved shackle.
- Join the neodymium magnet at the end of the chain. After that, locate the magnet on the flattest area of the manhole cover.
- Activate the neodymium magnet by operating the attached lever.
- Push down with the orange polypropylene handle to finally lift the manhole cover without any effort.
If you want a completely versatile device, IVERNA also supplies complementary accessories to lift heavy concrete manchole covers and lids. For those cases in which the neodymium magnet is not functional, it can be replaced by a set of approved hooks with additional shackle to add to the chains and regulate the distance conveniently.
